We offer refunds for defective products or products with less than 5% used for any skin sensitivity within 10 days of receiving your order.
99% of our customers have shown no skin sensitivity but we understand that there’s the 1% who may have an allergy to an ingredient.
Please be sure to carefully read our ingredient list prior to purchasing.
Refund requests for undamaged & unused products ( skincare or devices) may request a return with a 35% restocking fee. Please return items in original packaging with all product attachments; caps, plugs, box, charger, etc. Return shipping will be at the customers expense. Must request within 10 Days of receiving your order.
1 Year Warranty Return if your device stops working within 1 year due to device defects, we will replace it at no charge. You will also have the option to receive a store credit to purchase other products.
Exchanges are also available should you wish to return a product in exchange for a different product. You will only need to pay the return shipping costs and we will pay the shipping for the exchanged items. Returned product must not be more than 5% used. Exchange request must be made within 15 days of your delivered order.
Cancel your order requests should be made within 24 hours of placing the order. We will not be able to cancel any orders thereafter due to our process to get orders filled & shipped as quickly as possible for the convenience of our customers.
