3 Tips for Glowing skin

  1. EXFOLIATE at least 2-3 times weekly using an AHA or BHA exfoliator with jojoba beads. No apricot or walnut shells as this type of exfoliation will cause micro tears and acne scars in the skin. 
  2. Stop using HOT water to wash your face! Hot water strips the skin of its needed moisture and causing the skin to rapidly dry out. This will also help acne bacteria to have a feast in the skin as heat allows bacteria to multiply faster resulting in MORE acne! Hot water is not good for ALL skins as it will cause premature aging and wrinkling of the skin. Instead, try a cool cleanse daily. It will not only help to wake you up and make you perkier, but will reduce puffiness and increase your skins immunity. Also, it keeps you younger for longer:-).
